SMC China Opportunity Fund I is a sub-fund of SMC China Fund Limited, an exempted company that was incorporated with limited liability in the Cayman Islands. The principal objective of SMC China Opportunity Fund I is to provide a vehicle for investors to capitalize on China’s economic growth by investing in securities of high quality, growing, reasonably valued Chinese companies whose shares are listed on China’s domestic capital markets and/or listed overseas. Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited act as prime brokers of the Fund. |
